City essence
Location: Damascus- Marota City.
Client: Feras Pazzazeh.
Description: Mixed use tower in Marota City, Commercial on the ground floor and first floor, Residential on the other 22 floors, 4 basements used as parking, storage, and service rooms. The concept was inspired by the location of the building and its surroundings as the city roundabout and the other views towards mount qasioun and Marota other buildings. The main saloons are located alongside the glass facade and the bedrooms are accompanied with wide terraces.
