Flux tower
Location: Damascus- Marota City.
Client: Ayman zain aldeen.
Description: Mixed use twin tower in marota city, Commercial in the ground floor and first floor, Residential in the other 14 floors, 3 basement used as parking, storage and service rooms. The concept was designed based on the idea of having overlapping terraces and extra views for the building while maintaining the privacy of each apartment by using the vertical elements to divide the space and create the vertical approach needed to perceive the mass as the designer imagined it. The building offers more diversity in housing options and commercial activities.
